By accessing our Website, creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Return & Exchange Policy and any other policies displayed on the Website.
Please read these Terms carefully before using our Website.
1. Account Terms
You may browse our Website without creating an account unless a particular feature requires one.
If you create an account, you are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide is accurate, complete and current. You are also responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity carried out through your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that are used fraudulently, unlawfully or in violation of these Terms, subject to applicable law.
2. Products
Aanandini offers clothing, accessories and/or other products as displayed on our Website from time to time.
Some of our products may be produced in limited quantities or small batches and may therefore be available only while stocks last.
Product availability may change without prior notice. Adding an item to your cart does not reserve the product or guarantee its availability until your order has been successfully placed and accepted.
3. Product Descriptions & Images
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, sizing information, colours, materials and other information displayed on our Website are accurate and representative of the product you will receive.
However, colours may appear differently depending on your screen, device settings, lighting and photography.
Where products involve handmade, hand-embroidered, artisanal or individually finished elements, minor variations between pieces may occur. These natural variations can be part of the character of a handmade product and do not necessarily constitute a defect.
Nothing in this section limits your rights where a product is defective, materially different from its description or otherwise subject to rights available under applicable consumer law. The E-Commerce Rules require goods and their marketing to correspond with their actual characteristics and specifications.
4. Pricing
All prices displayed on the Website are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.
Prices are INCLUSIVE of applicable taxes. Any applicable shipping charges or other charges will be communicated before you complete your purchase.
We reserve the right to change product prices at any time. Changes will not ordinarily affect an order that has already been accepted by us, except where required by law or where an obvious pricing or technical error has occurred.
Discount codes, promotional offers and sale prices may be subject to separate conditions, including validity periods, minimum order values and product exclusions.
5. Payment
We accept payment through the payment methods displayed at checkout, which may include UPI / CREDIT CARDS / DEBIT CARDS / NET BANKING / WALLETS / COD / OTHER METHODS.
Payments may be processed by third-party payment service providers. Aanandini does not necessarily receive or store your complete payment credentials.
An order is not considered successfully placed until the required payment has been authorised or, where applicable, a valid Cash on Delivery order has been confirmed.

6. Order Acceptance
After you place an order, you may receive an email, SMS, WhatsApp message or other confirmation acknowledging receipt of your order.
Receipt of an automated order confirmation does not necessarily mean that we have accepted the order.
We may decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including because:
- the product is unavailable;
- payment could not be authorised;
- incorrect pricing or product information was displayed due to a genuine technical error;
- we reasonably suspect fraudulent or unauthorised activity; or
- we are unable to fulfil the order for another legitimate reason.
If we cancel an order after receiving payment, we will refund the applicable amount using the appropriate payment method, subject to applicable law.
7. Customised Orders
Where available, Aanandini may offer customisation of certain garments, including changes to length, neckline, sleeves or other specified elements.
Customised or made-to-order products are produced specifically according to the customer's selected requirements. You are responsible for checking the measurements and customisation details supplied before confirming your order.
Because customised pieces are made specifically for you, they may be subject to different cancellation, return or exchange conditions, as stated in our Return & Exchange Policy and subject to rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
8. Shipping & Delivery
We deliver to locations specified on our Website.
Orders are generally processed within 6 BUSINESS DAYS. Estimated shipping or delivery times displayed on the Website are estimates and may vary depending on your location, courier availability, public holidays and circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Shipping charges, where applicable, will be displayed during checkout.
Once an order has been dispatched, you may receive tracking information through EMAIL/SMS/WHATSAPP
Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate when placing an order. Aanandini is not responsible for delivery issues caused solely by incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer, subject to applicable law.

Indian e-commerce rules contain specific consumer protections where goods are not delivered within the stated delivery period, subject to circumstances including force majeure.
9. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Returns, exchanges and refunds are governed by our separate Return & Exchange Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Our standard policy is:
Return/exchange window: 14 days from delivery
Sale items: 14 days from delivery

Refund processing time: 10 business days
Products returned to us should generally be unworn, unused, unwashed and in their original condition with tags attached, except where the product is defective, damaged, incorrect or applicable law provides otherwise.
Nothing in our Return & Exchange Policy or these Terms is intended to restrict rights available to consumers under applicable Indian law.
In particular, the E-Commerce Rules provide protections where goods are defective, deficient, spurious, materially different from advertised/agreed characteristics, or delivered late in circumstances covered by the Rules.
10. Promotions & Gift Cards
From time to time, Aanandini may offer promotional codes, discounts, store credits or gift cards.
Each offer may have its own eligibility requirements, expiry date, minimum purchase requirement or product exclusions.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, promotional offers cannot be combined.
Gift cards are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of purchase or issuance and applicable law.
11. Intellectual Property
All content appearing on the Website, including the Aanandini name, logos, designs, garment designs to the extent legally protectable, photographs, illustrations, graphics, text, artwork, Website design and other original content, is owned by or licensed to Aanandini unless otherwise stated.

We endeavour to keep our Website accurate and available, but occasionally information may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions concerning product descriptions, pricing, promotions, availability or other matters.
We may correct genuine errors and update information where appropriate, subject to applicable consumer law and any orders already accepted.
We do not guarantee that the Website will always operate uninterrupted or error-free.
